Mental health is as important as physical health to your D/s relationship and the BDSM life you want to live. We don’t shy away from the topic, in podcast episodes or in blog posts.
While many people report better mental health because they’re kinky or while in D/s relationships, plenty of people suffer with mental illness. Those of us who do (and our partners) have to figure out how to navigate our kinky relationships through and around it.
