We’re back for another week of showing some kinky love to bloggers out there talking about kink in different ways. In the first issue of Showing Kinky Love, I told you there’d be a lot of 30 Days of D/s posts…well, I didn’t lie. But I’ve got other good kinky stuff, too.
Thoughts on Subspace (and Other Headspaces) by Floss
John Brownstone and I were on the podcast Proud to Be Kinky for episode 39 and when Floss told me she had plans to do 30 Days of D/s, I squeed. She didn’t blog every entry, but she managed a lot of them. All of her pieces are excellent, but I like Thoughts on Subspace a lot. Because of the different aspects of her kinks, she gets into all kinds of headspaces. What I love the most is that she makes a point of saying that getting to a certain space (depending on how she’s playing) isn’t the point. It’s not her ultimate goal but a bonus. I couldn’t agree more.
30 Days of D/s days Seven through 11 by Witty
I like how Witty decided to incorporate 30 Days into her blog. Instead of a blog post for each day, she combined them. (For anyone who decided to blog through the program, there’s no right or wrong way. Do what works for you.) In Days Seven Through 11, we get a peek into her thought-process on a variety of topics. I don’t know Witty except through Twitter and now her blog, but I feel like i can hear her voice in my head. That’s always a good sign when you visit someone’s blog. So go visit her!
What Do You Think About Orgasm Control? by Selina
When Selina did the 30 Days of D/s program, I managed to read most of her blog posts. She’s very much a little and she makes me smile when I see that shine through her in writing. She’s been through heartbreak, and she’s learned more of what she wants and doesn’t want. 30 Days didn’t do that for her, she was already there. Reading her insights felt good to me as a babygirl, too – it’s always nice to interact with someone who gets me on that level.
