Pay attention to the air quotes because in this conversation, we had serious questions about this list. Joy Love Dolls compiled a list of the “most popular” kinks and fetishes using Google search data, and this is what they came up with, and these are our thoughts about it.

We received a list from Joy Love Dolls with data they compiled to figure out the top 10 kinks and fetishes. They’re complete list has 24 items but we’re focusing on the top 10.
The data was compiled using search engine data, so these terms are searched the most. The data was collated July 2023, so as time goes on, this may change.
This isn’t exactly rigorous science and it’s not published research. From the company: “Using Google keyword planner, the number of average monthly searches for each fetish was recorded, multiplying by 12 months to estimate yearly searches to rank the most popular.”
This is meant (from our perspective) to be a fun and maybe surprising look at what people are searching.
Side note: Joy Love Doll stated in the info we received, “Fetishes including ‘Voyeurism’ and ‘Exhibitionism’ ‘breath play’ and ‘gagging’ were dangerous and therefore removed.” We have thoughts.
