Quick content note: While we do not go into details about abuse, trauma, or addiction, it does get mentioned in the episode a few times.
Several weeks ago we were tagged in a conversation on Twitter regarding codependency in D/s relationships. The topic intrigued us but we needed to do some homework first. In ways we didn’t realize until recently, we’ve been discussing codependency in different ways over the years, but now we’re bringing it all together into a single episode.
Disclaimer: We are not experts on codependency OR mental health. Please do not send us emails or DMs with a list of traits and ask us to diagnose you or a partner with codependency. That being said, you can find the link to the resources we used for this episode below — if you want to learn more.
