Product Review: BDSM Journal
For many people, myself included, writing down our thoughts is a way to not only process them but also to get them out of our head. It gets loud in a crowded and sometimes anxious brain. Journaling can be an excellent way to explore, think, and even communicate. So when Mona Darling asked if we’d like to review her new BDSM journal, we jumped at the chance.
We recorded the review as a short video (no really, it’s less than 10 minutes!).

For those who can’t watch the video, here’s what you need to know:
- Mona Darling is a kink educator and BDSM mentor for women. You can find her at DarlingPropaganda.com.
- Her BDSM journal is, in a word, “Precious!” We should have started a drinking game for all the times I said that word.
- It’s a lined-paper journal that includes questions as writing prompts at the very end, if you need help getting started.
- Feel free to use this as part of your personal exploration or to help communicate with a partner.
- In the video, I focused more on submissives but no matter what side of the slash you fall on, journaling can be helpful.
- The journal is available from Amazon. Check it out! (affiliate link)
Oh, and if you watch the video, remember something…I am Miss Scarlet Bottoms!
